Your 3-Minute Reset Kit

Four practices from Self-Activated Therapy by Natalia Rosenbaum, LMHC — to help you regulate, reset, and show up fully for yourself and the people you serve. Explore them in any order. Each practice takes three minutes and works on its own or as part of a daily sequence.

Ego Eradicator

A breathwork practice for the nervous system. Ego Eradicator uses Breath of Fire to strengthen sympathetic-parasympathetic balance, reduce anxiety, and build the capacity to stay present under stress. Essential for anyone who needs reliable tools to stay regulated, clear, and grounded in daily life.

Fists of Anger

A practice for moving stuck emotion. Rather than suppressing or endlessly processing anger, grief, or fear, this technique gives you a way to move that energy through the body intentionally and clear it. Valuable for anyone carrying emotional weight they haven’t had a chance to release, and especially powerful for practitioners who absorb the emotional load of others daily.

Meditation for Healing Addictions

Don’t let the name mislead you. This is a practice for anyone caught in repetitive thought patterns, compulsive worry, or mental loops that are hard to break. By targeting the pineal and pituitary glands through rhythmic pressure, it interrupts the pattern at its neurological source. Powerful for both personal use and as a tool to share with clients managing anxiety, obsessive thinking, or behavioral patterns.

Sat Kriya

The one-stop practice. Sat Kriya works directly on the navel center, the seat of personal power, to build confidence, reduce anxiety, and clear insecurity at the root. Clients and practitioners alike often feel the shift within the first week. Useful for anyone struggling with self-esteem, people-pleasing, social anxiety, or difficulty staying grounded under pressure.
