8 Week Virtual Inner Child Integration Group
Apply to join a virtual therapy group to help you understand and integrate your inner child into your life. When we have unprocessed emotions from childhood, we call this the inner child. When the emotions did not get integrated, the inner child becomes protective and can run the show causing limitations in our adult life. In this group we will begin the process of integrating the inner child so that it does not dominate.

Apply NowThis is not a process group but rather an educational group where you will learn and apply skills in a supportive community environment. This group emphasizes activating our true self to help with the integration process. Writing and connecting to the inner child will be part of the journey.
Meditation, breath work, and mantra will be used to help us become clear, calm, and kind to ourselves. These ancient practices are safe, effective, and efficient.
Breath work, mantras, and optional physical yoga will be taught and practiced in the group environment, with a home practice emphasized and encouraged. No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed, and all people and body types are welcome.
Expect to come away from this group with these tools and skills:
- Identify when you are triggered and the inner child is over activated
- Learn calming and grounding ways to get your inner child to calm down and feel validated but not dominant
- Identify old patterns and belief systems that have been driving your life
- Gain energy to be able to choose to react from the sane adult self vs. being driven by the inner child beliefs, stories and fears
- Learn how to talk about your insights about your inner child with a group of people who are also doing the work alongside you
